The appellant, Rex R. Moore, Jr., was tried by jury, and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-85-2403, for the offense of Murder in the First Degree in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7 for the first count, and for the offense of Arson in the First Degree in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 1401 for the second count. The jury returned a verdict of guilty...
