Appellant, Michael Sappington, brought a third party negligence action against appellee, Younger Transportation, Inc., for personal injuries resulting from an on-the-job accident. Appellee asserted at trial that the sole proximate cause of the accident was the negligence of other employees of appellant's employer, Rig Manufacturing, Inc. (RMI).
