OPINION

FULLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction for delivery of heroin. The court assessed punishment at twelve years' imprisonment. We affirm.

Point of Error No. One complains of two instances of improper prosecutorial jury argument outside the record. The first asserted that Appellant had a mouthful of heroin-filled balloons at the scene of the offense. The second suggested that Appellant was "strung out" on heroin. Neither comment...
