Paul L. Stafford filed this suit in tort for injuries he sustained while employed by National Maintenance Corporation. He contends his claim fits within the exception to the exclusive remedy of worker's compensation for job-related accidents because defendant intentionally exacerbated his original injury. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment, holding that plaintiff's sole remedy is in worker's compensation under LSA-R.S....
