MEMORANDUM DECISION ON COMPENSATION FOR ATTORNEY FOR TRUSTEE

This contested matter1 is before us on the application of Meyers for compensation and expenses. The U.S. Trustee objects. We sustain the objection in part and overrule the remainder.

In what is now one of the oldest converted Chapter 11 cases in this Court, Meyers moves for approval of an interim fee application.
