CANNON, Justice.

In this mandamus proceeding, relator Huntsville Memorial Hospital asks this court to direct the Honorable Erwin G. Ernst, Judge of the 278th District Court of Walker County, to vacate in part and reform his order granting a bill of discovery. We conditionally grant the writ of mandamus.
