PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order and judgment of the circuit court of Cape Girardeau County entered on February 26, 1988 denying movant-appellant, Lindol Curtis' motion to vacate judgment pursuant to Rule 27.26, without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
