There came to be heard the Bank of Mississippi's Complaint to Determine the Extent, Validity and Priority of Lien and Motion to Lift the Stay or Provide Adequate Protection, the counterclaim of the debtors against the Bank of Mississippi, and the debtors' motion to strike the brief filed by the Bank of Mississippi.
