VAN HOOMISSEN, Judge.
Defendant appeals his conviction for incest. ORS 163.525. He contends that the statute is unconstitutionally vague and overbroad and denies him equal protection, in violation of Article 1, sections 20 and 21 of the Oregon Constitution and the Fourteenth Amendment.
