OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

Appellant was convicted by a jury of aggravated sexual abuse.1 Appellant pled true to the enhancement paragraph of his indictment at the trial's punishment phase. The jury assessed his punishment at imprisonment for life. The appellant appealed his conviction to the Fort Worth Court of Appeals, which affirmed the judgment. Holloway v. State,
