In this Texas diversity case, plaintiff-appellant Southmark Corporation (Southmark) appeals the district court's summary judgment that Southmark take nothing against defendant-appellee Life Investors, Inc. (Life) and its dismissal of Southmark's suit against USLICO Corporation (USLICO).
