This is an appeal of a denial of a motion to set aside a guilty plea and sentence. We reverse and remand because the defendant's guilty plea was accepted in violation of rule 3.172, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. The record does not demonstrate that, at the time the trial court accepted the defendant's guilty plea, the court conducted a full colloquy with the defendant to determine whether there was a factual basis for the plea.
