These consolidated appeals arise from an alleged violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, 623. Plaintiff-appellant Carl Kale appeals the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Combined Insurance Company of America (Combined) on his claim of age discrimination.
