OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

Ronald L. Goodin was convicted by a jury for aggravated assault and sentenced to five years confinement and a $2,500.00 fine. We affirm.

In his first and second points of error, appellant complains that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he committed an assault. In reviewing the sufficiency of the evidence, an appellate court looks at all the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict or judgment and determines...
