CEDARBAUM, District Judge.

Defendant Chuang has moved pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 12(b)(3) to suppress the evidence resulting from a warrantless search of his office.1 This search of the offices of the president of a bank and his secretary was performed by the receiver of the bank. The offices were also used by the bank president to run a law firm that was located inside the bank building. For the reasons discussed below...
