MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ZAGEL, District Judge.

In this diversity case, Gaines Pet Food Corp. ("Gaines") seeks to recover money damages from Martin Brothers International ("Martin Brothers") for breach of contract. Martin Brothers has moved to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction, Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). For the reasons set forth below its motion is granted.
