The appellant, Clifford Ross, appeals the trial court's summary dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus wherein Ross alleges that he is being unlawfully detained pursuant to a ten-year sentence for his 1984 conviction for the offense of rape in the second degree, entered on his plea of guilty.
