The defendant appeals from his conviction of one count of possession of heroin with intent to sell, in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b). The defendant claims the trial court erred by questioning him about his girlfriend's incarceration, and that improper remarks made by the prosecutor during closing argument deprived him of a fair trial.
