The appellant, Randall Mark Johnson, was tried and convicted in the District Court of Seminole County of the crimes of First Degree Rape in violation of 21 O.S. Supp. 1983, § 1114 in Count I, and Forcible Sodomy in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1982, § 888 in Count II, Case No. CRF-85-136.
