Appellants, Lakeside Leasing Corporation ["Lakeside"] and Robert M. Reed ["Reed"], appeal by writ of error from a default judgment in favor of the appellee and landlord, Kirkwood Atrium Office Park Phase 3 ["Kirkwood"]. Kirkwood had sued appellants, its tenants, for breach of a commercial leasing contract.
