PER CURIAM.

We agree with the trial court's finding that appellant failed to establish excusable neglect in its failure to timely respond to the summons and third-party complaint served upon it in this action. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court's order denying appellant's motion to set aside default.

AFFIRMED.
