The defendant was arrested on October 24, 1986, at a college party at his residence in Fairfield after the police witnessed a drug sale in the hallway of the residence. Prior to trial, the defendant filed a motion to suppress any statements and all tangible evidence obtained from his person and his home after a warrantless entry by the police. The trial court denied the motion, finding that the entry was justified by exigent circumstances. We find no error...
