Jerald, Harold and Ronald Turboff appeal a judgment for money damages, both actual and exemplary, awarded in favor of Gertner, Aron and Ledet Investments in a suit for breach of contract and fraud. The suit arose from the Turboffs' failure to perform under a buy-sell agreement covering in part a complex and multifaceted real estate transaction involving the sale and contemplated development...
