This is an appeal of the district court's judgment in a bankruptcy proceeding that involves the interpretation of section 524 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978. 11 U.S.C. § 524 (1982). James Arnhold is the debtor in bankruptcy and Thomas Kyrus is the creditor involved in this appeal.
