Relators, Dallas County, by and through its Commissioners Court, and its individual Commissioners seek a writ of mandamus against six district courts, respondents.

First, relators request this Court to direct all respondents to set aside certain October 21, 1987 show cause orders that respondents issued directing three of the Commissioners to show cause why they should not be held in contempt...
