Green Hill Corporation (Green Hill) appeals from an order of the district court which affirmed an order of the bankruptcy court denying Green Hill's motion for relief from an automatic stay. Green Hill contends that by filing a lis pendens under Virginia law it obtained a lien on the property of Charles and Duak Kim prior to the Kims' petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11, and that it should be relieved from the stay in order...
