Defendant, Rosha Abrams, and two co-defendants were charged by bill of information with simple burglary, a violation of La.R.S. 14:62. The bill of information was subsequently amended to charge defendant's co-defendants with attempted simple burglary. Defendant remained charged with simple burglary.
