Plaintiffs-appellants Joe and Lizzie Mozeke filed a negligence suit in Louisiana state court in August of 1986 against defendant-appellee International Paper Company to recover damages for injuries plaintiff Joe Mozeke sustained while working at defendant's Mansfield, Louisiana plant.
