Antel appeals from a final order of the Florida Real Estate Commission which denied her application for a real estate license. At the hearing held pursuant to section 120.57 Florida Statutes (1985), the parties stipulated to the facts, and only Antel testified. Her application was denied because she had been convicted of manslaughter in 1983, a crime involving "moral turpitude," and because the hearing examiner found there was insufficient evidence...
