This is an appeal from an order for involuntary assignment of a portion of appellant's service-connected military retirement disability benefits for child support arrears, pursuant to Tex.Fam.Code Ann. § 14.43(d) (Vernon 1986). In eight points of error, appellant contends that his veterans' disability benefits cannot be withheld for payment of delinquent child support, and the trial court lacked jurisdiction to order the withholding...
