This is an appeal from a judgment and conviction. We conclude the trial court's denial of appellant's motion to suppress physical evidence and statements was erroneous and reverse.

At the motion to suppress physical evidence hearing, the state introduced the testimony of Officer Craig Hartman from the Delray Beach police department. Officer Hartman testified that prior to March 10, 1987, he received information from a confidential informant...
