BILLINGS, Judge:

Defendant Charles Robert Ott appeals his bench trial conviction of theft, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-405 (1978). On appeal, defendant claims that the trial court erred by: 1) rejecting his defense of legal compulsion; 2) admitting into evidence a sales receipt assigning a value to the stolen goods; and 3) assigning a value to the stolen property without considering the fact that labor enhanced...
