Appellant, Carlos Saulny, purchased a used boat, being sold on consignment, from The Sportsman. Saulny became dissatisfied with the boat and the service from The Sportsman. He filed suit against The Sportsman alleging violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, breach of contract, and breach of warranty.
