The appellant in this criminal case pled guilty to a charge of terroristic threatening on June 25, 1987, and was sentenced to five years probation. The terms of the appellant's probation required him to undergo a full course of treatment at the Gyst House in Little Rock, and stay at that facility for one year or until he completed the program. The State subsequently filed a petition to revoke the appellant's probation, alleging that the appellant failed...
