This is an action for specific performance and damages arising out of the failure of a seller of a condominium unit to deliver title to the buyer. The trial court found that the seller had committed fraud, and had violated La.R.S. 51:1401, et seq., the "Unfair Trade Practices" act. He further found that the two real estate agents who handled the sale breached their duties to the buyer. Judgment was thus rendered in favor of the buyer for damages and...
