In an action based on fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, the defendant, Victor Lederman, appeals the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Richard R. Hansen. Lederman contends that the trial court erred in admitting testimony by Hansen regarding a conversation with Lederman's brother, in admitting an undated and unsigned letter by Hansen to Lederman, and in the calculation of prejudgment interest.
