This opinion deals with the post-trial motions made by defendants Peter Neglia, Stanley Simon, Richard Biaggi, and John Mariotta. Defendants Bernard Ehrlich and Mario Biaggi elected not to file any post-trial motions, although Mario Biaggi formally joined Richard Biaggi's Batson motion at the time of the Batson hearing.
