Eugene Stewart was indicted by the Humphreys County Grand Jury on a charge of sale of marijuana. As a result, Stewart retained Johnnie Walls to represent him in Humphreys County Circuit Court. During the course of this representation, Walls filed a Motion to Suppress allegedly illegally seized evidence.
