Ronald Wayne Jones, appellant, was tried by jury and convicted of two counts of Indecent or Lewd Acts with a Child Under Sixteen (21 O.S. 1981, § 1123), in Case No. CRF-85-886, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, the Honorable John M.
