Defendant moves before the chief judge to extend the time to respond to plaintiff's motion for reassignment. This motion raises a question of first impression in this court pertaining to the interrelationship of Rules 6(a) and 6(c) of the Rules of the United States Court of International Trade, which regulate the method of computing time for responding to pleadings and motions.
