Lenox Fisher appeals from the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of Westinghouse Credit Corporation (Westinghouse) and Admiral Insurance Company (Admiral). Fisher sued Westinghouse and Admiral for breach of contract and for committing common law and statutory usury.
