Stephen James Burnhope, Excess Insurance Co., Ltd., English and American Insurance Co., and Bankers Insurance Service Corporation1 appeal from a $40,000 judgment against them on an indemnity bond they issued to Leedy Mortgage Company ("Leedy"). The bond indemnified Leedy for any amounts not exceeding $5000 (per director) that Leedy might pay to reimburse its directors for attorneys' fees the directors might incur...
