Defendant Trinity Land Company (Trinity) appeals from the trial court's award of $25,000.00 in damages in favor of plaintiff Kenneth Nosker (Nosker) based upon a determination that Nosker owned certain irrigation equipment which Trinity wrongfully converted to its own use.
