Appellant was charged with rape, D.C. Code § 22-2801 (1981), carnal knowledge, id., indecent liberties with a minor child, id. § 22-3501(a), enticing a minor child, id. § 22-3501(b), and attempted rape. Id. §§ 22-103, -2801.
