The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, "the international union," appeals the district court's decision that the international union had imposed an unlawful trusteeship over Teamsters Local Union No. 406, "the union local." The international union also challenges the court's order requiring it to pay the costs and expenses of an election to select new officers of the union local....
