This is a negligence case. Albert Benser, d/b/a Carrier Square Apartments, appeals from a $70,000 judgment entered on behalf of appellee Cynthia Johnson, individually and as next friend of Alysia Johnson, a minor. In appellant's sole point of error he contends that his motion for new trial should have been granted because there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's answer concerning the issue of proximate cause.
