OPINION

PARKS, Judge:

Appellant, Arthur Michael Parks, was tried by jury and convicted of First Degree Murder (21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7) in Stephens County District Court, Case No. CRF-85-159, before the Honorable George Lindley, District Judge.
