MURPHY, Justice.

The dispute underlying this appeal concerned a sale of goods. Tubular Steel, Inc. ("Tubular"), appellee, sued Aztec Corporation ("Aztec"), appellant, for breach of contract, breach of express warranty, fraudulent misrepresentation, attorneys' fees, and interest. Trial resulted in jury findings favorable to the plaintiff and judgment in the amount of $35,000 in actual damages plus pre-judgment interest and attorneys' fees. Both parties...
