Plaintiffs, Indiana residents, were passengers in an automobile struck from the rear in Jackson County, Michigan, by an automobile owned by defendant Cynthia Gordon and driven by defendant Keith Gordon. Plaintiffs filed suit against defendants alleging that at the time of the collision they had been in Michigan less than 30 days during the year 1984 and that their vehicle was not covered by an insurer...
