A Knox County jury convicted Eugene Johnson of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to sell. An additional count charged Johnson with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver; he was convicted of this offense also. The jury assessed a $15,000 fine...
